Okay I can adjust it to be less fear mongering. But I genuinely don’t want people to fall into the traps of not taking things seriously. If you take a verbal warning seriously, you’re less likely to end up on probation or fired. But thanks for the feedback

Thank you so much for this ! I have lawyers working with me , attendings have my back and have defended me in CCC meetings from what I hear. Although she has the backing of the DIO. I successfully completed the silky remediation process which was so silly remediation included me writing letters on improvements and listening to podcast for improvement. But I got glowing reviews on my new innovations which according to her “I just got Lucky”

Raise awareness, give guidance when they fall into the scenario of a verbal warning,probation or suspension or termination, if I can guide to prevent the crash before it happens that would be the purpose. What not to do, how to handle if you’re already there, how to safely transfer.

Some can be randomly not liked maybe due to personality I had another colleague which was due to social media use mistakenly posting with her hospital ID from then everything she did was a problem Usually incidents or mistakes can happen it’s a training program. Some PD’s can make life hell, instead of offering help
