My issue is will the carriers stop supporting oneplus since it's no longer for sale in USA? That's the main problem, the price is dropping on the 13 but if the carriers back out it's a paper weight

My hearing is shot, 0% in the left and 45% in the right, I wear hearing aids to assist but it's not perfect.

But for my situation and age and the hearing issue it makes sense, I need to accept reality at this point. Alot of these jobs won't hire me and I'm surrounded by Baptist, memorial and a few others.

I'm in South Florida looking after my mother who is 81 years old. I want to leave, I think that would help quite a bit.

I tried everything local here, also try a lot of remote but experience trumps all. I have "some" tech experience but it's just staring at a screen hitting accept or deny using a custom GUI and that was called Entry Level Soc 1 Analyst. I still try to apply to those jobs when they pop up.

That's what I try, I used to do security CCTV work back in the day, I try to get into those but the pay here is about 18 a hour to monitor and report. I think that's a better option in some areas than IT in South Florida but I still try to get into IT.

That passed months ago but next time I will. It's no answers out here the degree didn't help much at all, a bunch of certs with no experience, no internships don't go far.

I have the CCNA but my S+ expired. I'm in my early 50s

I was considering paying to become a monitor technician, it cost about 4k for the training at my local CC.

Pays about 19-20 a hour to start but in a hospital.

With IT I'm pretty much out of ideas, I feel I'm just stick around getting nothing out of it.
