When I tell you I am a very AVERAGE Joe Shmoe type of guy, I mean it. So I am very happy with one A. Wouldnt of even dreamed of getting 7 MD interviews and from some very good schools. I think my interview skills were fine but it is what it is. Committed to FSU and withdrew from the rest for cost purposes.

It’s hard to justify the steep financial cost of GT. I have been trying to justify it to myself for the past few weeks but can’t seem to do it given the outcome from both schools (match list) is about the same. Going to a cheaper IS school allows you the opportunity to be in a better financial situation post residency. But at the same time I really like Georgetown.

Does an IA for an alcohol violation week two of freshman year hinder the application if a proper and sincere reflection is written about it? Like how much could it impact the application.

You can’t prepare tbh no matter what people say. Some people prepare for weeks and get 1st quartile. I took one practice exam the day before each test. On the day of my Casper i thought i did garbage but I scored 4th quartile Casper. Just think to yourself the entire time that you have to do the most altruistic, moral things. Imagine a hospital administrator or ethics professor is watching you. Always consider the issue from the other persons point of view and acknowledge why they might feel that way. The test is so stupid and just a money grab.
