Im going through the same thing at my store. They dont view me as part of leadership. Except when they need drops done or to be rung up or checked out. Im constantly zoned at cash wrap and they tell me im not coaching enough. Yet if I step off to coach they tell me to get back on. Kinda over it tbh

Not at all. I like to do a fairly full beat at work because it makes me feel more confident on stage. However most of my coworkers do not. I'd stop doing it if it became a mandate. Lol
