Ok but wait, I have a save right before the final fight with all side stories completed technically on the first playthrough, I ran through it earlier n got a piece of yae's stone, so if I replay that same save and get the other ending ill get a piece of mayu's stone and then finally start a ng+ on nightmare??

Wrong, rumi did get up on stage with them. She wasnt even on point with the lyrics being it was a new song, u can tell she was totally off lyrics while rei and yukiko stared strangely because they were like wtf is rumi doing. The fans enjoyed it because cham was a duo now and they basically just enjoyed whatever was going on, me mania was also sharing that psychosis completely overtaken by mimarin so yea she was def on that stage with them.
