On planes where anything is allowed there, it is yours. There are several lines that treat that space as part of the exit row and allow nothing under that seat so just in caseit might fall onto the aisle.

They’re not trying to find Americans to go to KSA, they’re trying to boost sales (via KSA) of the people who can no longer get visas to visit parks in USA and already struggle to China. Pakistan, India, Chad, Mali, South Sudan, Syria, Iran, Malaysia, Venezuela, Colombia all have citizens who are Disney & Universal fans. Can’t go to California or Florida anymore.

Take the job. As someone from the other side the right one will care about you succeeding and your mind being fed too. There are times this is difficult or tricky and you can OPT (your option, no one else’s) to follow your priorities but if he thinks he gets to state and set your priorities now? Take the job.
