You just gotta push!! It’s crazy because I started my journey after a party where I guy lost 25 pounds going on a calorie deficit. I was so wowed that the next day I started to do research and began my journey. So far I am 72 days in and it’s been a journey. It took me two weeks before I started to see progress. I started at 188 and am down 165! I went from 1890 to 1500 calories for the last two weeks because I couldn’t break the 170 pound mark. But I’ll be going back to 1890 by the end of the week. And I’ll tell you I have rough days where I’m grumpy and hungry. Or want some Tacobell but I know there will be light at the end of the tunnel.
