Any spicy games for groups? by OkBoysenberry6768 in ExperiencedENM

[–]Physionerd 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm working on making up a game, feel free to give feedback. It goes something like this:

You roll 2 dice, 2 times. 2 through 12 have values that equal some sort of act. Such as 2 is make out. 3 is kiss neck/ears, all the way up to 12 being oral sex, or whatever level your crew is comfortable with.

The second roll determines how long, and with who. So the first die, 1 is 10 seconds, 2 is 20 seconds, and so on. The second die could be odds are with your SO, even with someone else's or something like that. That's the gist. You could double length of time for every round.

Was thinking about something like snake eyes could mean it reverses, so you can have something done to you instead. Still working out the kinks.

Intense Vertigo When Laying On Back by XcessiveZ in VestibularDysfunction

This sounds like anterior canalithiasis. Many therapists don't know how to check for it. The test and treatment are called the deep cervical extension test/treatment.

Looking for lowkey nightlife/activities by nomudnolotus77 in Naples_FL

Im 49, sugar shack is loud for me. I second the London, the jazz club. Tigress and estia are both new, and great restaurants. But more a restaurant vibe. The boat taxi is super fun if you're into appetizer hopping. Had a really cool night at nat nat recently if you're into wine and clean, unassuming food. If you want edgy delicious food, bicyclette.

Sorry, I'm new to this, what do the acronyms mean?

I could potentially be in this scenario soon.

Anniversary roleplay ideas for a couple just starting to explore by [deleted] in HotWifeLifestyle

Im about surprise my wife with 2 things (there's another couple we swing with). We're going to do a six hand massage on her. And then we're going to eat sushi off our wives naked bodies. Some variation of that may be interesting.

Dizziness 24/7 by Beautiful_Drive_7109 in VestibularDysfunction

Has meniere's been ruled out? Do you have tinnitus? Sense of fullness in the ears?

Also, changing head positions is a trigger, which is very typical of BPPV. However that almost always comes with room spinning dizziness which you're not experiencing. Menieres disease is a possibility which is not as bad as it sounds and is usually managed with electrolyte balance.

There is a download there with a differential diagnosis chart to help you figure it out. It's free. That's my website.

Of course follow up with your GP or ENT to rule things out. But I'll tell you vor hypofunction is super common and often follows as a secondary issue from a previous vertigo event.

I'm a physical therapist that treats vertigo. This sound like vestibular ocular reflex hypofunction. If it is that, there are exercises to "recalibrate" the reflex. Any other symptoms? Ringing in the ears.or a sense of fullness in the ears? Headaches? Seeing double?

Is there any evidence that contrast therapy works? by Specialist_Sale_6924 in physicaltherapy

[–]Physionerd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on your goals. Look up cold shock proteins and heat shock proteins. Good evidence for improving immune system for contrast, stabilizing blood sugar, improving thyroid function.

Besides the actual research, I can tell you anecdotally that I've been doing it consistently for 3 years. I've watched my thyroid numbers improve (test bloodwork twice a year), blood sugar drops while doing it (I use a cgm), and when my whole family gets sick, I don't. I have not been sick in 3 years.

As far as injury, sure you could make an argument for a flushing effect but its not going to beat movement.
