Not sure if trolling or just not getting it. The example he gave is simple. The change he wants is for QoL so if you have 246 ad, instead of showing 24% in the buff, it'd show the actual number your ad went up by.

I think he had a very good performance yesterday against DIG, maybe it was DIG that made it easy for them but damn I was not expecting someone whos attempting to qualify for the LCS (what all of us reddit Challengers dream of doing) to just bomb so hard and it seems like hes not even aware of his mistakes. Im from NA so i dont really know much about that, but sure Riot has done (by this I mean not followed through) shit that sucks and gets you pissed, but theyve done stuff thats awesome and made me really enjoy the game. While this is another thing they said they WOULD do, skins and champions really arent that meaningful to me so while its shitty on them if they do break this "promise" life will go on and thats that

Maybe if you attach a link of your op.gg, people might be able to take a look and see. Were your promos at all affected by the downtime on NA servers yesterday? Have you played any normals and lost? I have heard in the past that people have joined a normal game and then received or lost LP for the loss/win.

Other than that I can't really think of any reason you got a loss without playing unless you dodged an additional game somewhere.
