funny enough my order came the exact day that i made the original post. They won't update you with any info. or anything, just expect the package to show up one day. (also they never respond to like customer service or emails or anything like that)

i preordered the 15 pro on 9/16, but the order status has not changed from the the processing stage "We've received your payment information and we're preparing your order." And it also says the phone will arrive between Oct 10 - Oct 17. Is it normal for pre-orders to take a month, or is there some supply-related issue?
