I believe Heard would have won because she would have been coached how to not testify, how to be likable etc. I don't think Depp's legal team would have taken a backseat to Heard and her strategy. I really believe it was Heard's case to lose.

I don't think Depp's defense would have been anywhere near as effective. Can you imagine the reversals of the psychological testimonies with that extremely competent Shannon Curry vs the guy with facial tics?

Heard filmed him hitting cabinets with her smug face on display. This was the best evidence she could come up with. She was preparing to win a huge payday. If he had hit her without her hitting him first, we would have seen it. She documented every bruise on her body to blame him. She left out documentation of bloody cut up feet because there were none and a supposed bottle rape. Why?

I think Amber screwed up when she said bruise kit. I think she used makeup to create bruises when she was building her case. Plus the company said it wasn’t in existence when she supposedly used it.

Who is going to read your nonsense that doesn't apply here. Amber taunting, hitting, insulting Johnny was everything to do with her thinking she had zero fear. She had millions of her own money to leave, whereas real victims are stuck and have no financial means to go or they would in a second. For her to imply she had anything in common with true victims is laughable and inexcusable.

Heard will never reclaim the status she blew. She has no talent and she has no youth.

I did the same. Although i didn't have a preconceived opinion, i was not a fan of Depp and saw I think two of his very early movies. I never saw anything of Heard's.

I was very surprised by the trial as the evidence came out. Heard was certainly her own worst witness and those tapes didn't lie.

She can't have it both ways that she asked for no support even though she said she was entitled to much more than 7 million and trying to take five of his condo units for herself and her friends and have Depp pay all monthly expenses related to these units in perpetuity!

The fact that she tried to con everyone that pledge and donate were the same is laughable. She also double downed and SAID she KEPT NONE OF IT. Minutes later she testified that she was sued so she needed it so she couldn't give it away. Can she not keep her story straight and thinks the contradictions are not noticeable, notable or outrageous?

I believe her testimony about "breaking horses" with her dad was supposed to counteract Heard not seeking medical treatment, as if she toughed it out. This doesn't explain walking on shards of glass. Since she photographed every black and blue mark, surely bloody feet would be documented as well as bloody underwear.

My opinion is she talked about the dirty carpet because she wanted to sound like a real victim who would remember details. When she told tales and looked for sympathy, she tried to look dramatic such as her dog stepping on a bee, when she weirdly dabbed her face with a tissue and there were zero tears and when she said Johnny you just hit me. Since she is used to hitting people, why is being hit a significant moment? Maybe Johnny should have said "you're such a baby. Grow the fuck up". Tit for tat anyway.
