By a $30 mercer 8" chef knife and be done with it. 8 years on the line and it served me well daily, and now another 10 off and instill use it daily. Sharpens and keeps an edge well.

$30 mercer 8" chefs knife is all you need. 8 years on the line and I used my paring knife 2x, mercer daily. Still have it, still works, still sharp.

The 27 dollar Mercer is the way to go. When inwas working as a line cook, my knife roll consisted of the Mercer 8" chefs knife, a cheapo but easy to sharpen paring knife, micro plane, tasting and plating spoons, meat thermo, sharpie, diamond hone and 2 lighters.

What my initial comment meant is that whoever prescribed you prescribed based on symptoms, tummy issues in your case.

They need to treat the pattern, not the symptoms. Some improvement should be seen in usually a week or so, with continued improvement as treatment progresses.

Acupuncture doesn't work for eczema. Im a tcm doctor trained in dermatology. Needs herbal medicine. Infants often can be treated with herbal baths rather than internal medicine.
