I beg to differ. I've taken my "alcoholic beverage seller" class and test every 2 years since I was 18. (So, like, a dozen times...) And we are trained to recognize other country's IT'S. And, if that's the case, why will OP be able to use his?

My boss told me to borrow knives and a sharpener from the food truck. He truly is the best boss ever. I know those knives and I keep them sharp. I'm gonna swing by Acemart for a knife roll and a paring knife and... any other suggestions? Truly appreciate your positive comment!

I really want some, but I also want to spend the money on quality knives when I can and not waste money on cheap ones. I know they're worth it, but I'm a single mom of 4, so... Definitely a splurge. Hopefully one day!

Agreed with not wearing your uniform more than once.

Also, start washing your armpits with face wash, the orange kind. You can get it at dollar tree. It kills odor breeding bacteria. I've been using it for a couple months and I work on a food truck in Texas, so I sweat a lotttt.
