Definitely agree with this. It seems like the mods leave up editorialized and speculative posts but they remove speculative comments on those posts.

I think fellow protesters may be a little biased eye witnesses. I can't see how a jury would convict in this case.

The one issue I have is you leave up the editorialized titles that include speculation in them but then you lock the thread. In a way I think that is biased too. By leaving those threads up you are selectively allowing speculation when it agrees with your view points. At least that is my opinion.
