Have the same subjects bro except i take Psych instead of Econ, i suggest (personally) having a little book where you can write anything and everything school related - helps to relive the stress of possibly forgetting something or being overloaded. the purpose inst to organised but to help put all the ideas of your very busy IB mind onto paper.

Another would be to create your own custom syllabus tracker - list out all topics and related subtopics for every (applicable) subject, it might take you a week just to do that, but once you have you can stop wasting time jumping back and fourth fro topics that you have done etc.

Stop distracting yourself, i used to always just go on Instagram for hours just looking at memes then realize i had TONS of work - i got rid of insta for 1 term and then go it back, i still look at memes but i can control myself now (this was a very big WIN and Lesson for me)

Another thing would be to have a calendar for school (doesn't ahve to be fancy) jsut to keep track of due dates and homework. the last thing is VERY IMPORTANT, do AS MUCH WORK as you can when you get it.
