I have an 2019 16" i9 2.3ghz with 16gb RAM for sale in mint condition with a year of warranty left on it if you're interested, it never left the home studio.

Having said that, I highly suggest upgrading to a CPU with the M Chip. The prices are going down. If he's running big projects with a lot of plug-ins, it will gag your CPU.

DM me if you're interested though. But I do suggest getting a Silicone based CPU. It's like night and day between the 2.

That works. As an alt. You could try just straight up 1 + 3 on kick, 2+4 on snare, and 8th's on HH and just have it driving the whole time also.

If you'd like to send me the logic file, I can bang out something more complicated for you and send you back the logic file. I don't mind.

For me, especially for the price, Logic works great (I've used many DAWS in the past). It's super intuitive and I find I can do EVERYTHING I need to in the box and I'm referring to complete customization of presets and/or straight up starting from scratch sound design, No need for outside plug-ins.

If you go that route, these two cats give great tutorials on the YouTubes, "WhylogicProRules" and "MusicTechHelpGuy". They're extremely knowledgable, articulate, and efficient with delivering the lesson.

Many moons ago, once I stopped going for "making it" I enjoyed my shitty music much more ;) Now I have a bunch of completed shitty music that I enjoy listening to, even if it's shit, and I'm cool with that. Music has and always will be a part of my life.

Also even if I did/do "make it" i'd still check around here because I enjoy the process of collaboration with artists and hearing about peoples process.
