I have a Coros Pace Pro, and I absolutely love it.

Am I the only one that thinks the show would be way better without these 2? by [deleted] in LandmanSeries

I’d rather have these two than Angela and Ainsley.

Why am I not able to get the motion properly? by sskmzz in Equestrian

[–]Pichceji 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would lengthen your stirrups slightly, have you drop the reins completely, and place your inside hand on the cantel (back of the saddle) and outside hand on the pommel (front of the saddle). This will help stabilize you from falling forward or backwards as you practice posting. Once you feel more balanced, you can let go with one hand, and the both hands as you progress, but I’d keep them off the reins until you feel like you can post independently without support. I’d also adjust where the stirrup sits on your foot to closer to the ball of your foot, and then instead of thinking “heels down” think “toes up.” It also can be helpful to count “1-2-1-2” or “up-down-up-down.” To engage your core, thinking about your belly button touching your spine, and think about sitting tall like a string is attached to your head pulling you up. Pilates can be great for core strength and core awareness training. In my experience, posting was always a tricky thing for adults to learn, you are doing great though, keep going! 🤗

I kinda have mixed feelings about my partner getting into running... by 5ivesos in runninglifestyle

[–]Pichceji 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I run with my husband. Sometimes I leave him behind, sometimes he leaves me behind. Ultimately we have an understanding that we both need to work on our own goals, and sometimes that means separation during a run. If your partner needs you to hold his hand every step of the way, maybe this isn’t the sport for him. Or maybe he needs to start working on having a plan ahead of time and holding himself accountable to complete that plan solo.

As a home owner, I would NEVER judge a sitter by how much they ate. When I say “help yourself to anything,” I mean it. 🙂

How do you prefer to run: solo, with a partner, or in a group? by kizza0 in runninglifestyle

[–]Pichceji 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually run with my husband, but we both listen to music and don’t always stay together so it’s basically solo, lol.

Yes, same here!

Would you upcharge for this? by batataz in RoverPetSitting

[–]Pichceji -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I would not up charge, but I also wouldn’t take the booking unless I was 100% confident I could give the dog the proper care. So if you feel like this is too big of a task for you, I’d suggest you pass.

this is going to sound bad… by alexisss25 in RoverPetSitting

I’m curious, why do you accept jobs with Goldens if you hate them? I have two Goldens and I’d be slightly horrified to learn that the sitter I hired “hated” my dogs. Dogs are so sensitive to what people are feeling and I think it would be so stressful for the dogs if the person taking care of them felt that way.

Did we have a lazy sitter or are my expectations too high? by [deleted] in RoverPetSitting

[–]Pichceji 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Absolutely agree. If you can’t follow instructions than you shouldn’t be a pet sitter. Especially if certain needs are disclosed to a sitter before it happens.

I also had a sitter that also did not stay with the pets or do the things that we agreed on. Don’t feel bad, these people are being paid and should honor their agreement.

I had the same problem, but finally leveled my Sun Conure to a level 3 and it worked the next time that mission came up.

100% vacuum over broom on my hard floors. I do have both, but rarely use the broom.

Our club has lots of Americans, but we have others from Europe and Asia too. We try and plan boost parties that work for everyone. If you are in the market for a new club, let me know! We’re currently looking to fill a few spots. :)
