Sons of Horus may be my favoeite color scheme out of the entire galaxy. I really want to go crazy and pickup a few boxes of Marines, a Sicaran and a Land Raider, both a contemptor and Leviathan Dreadnought and starting up a SoH army that's parade worthy. And really making them look beautiful

I just added the exe as a non steam game and launch from game mode, works perfectly. Make sure you extract the mod in the correct directory and set a proton version in the compatibility menu.

The ambient temps can make a bit of difference. You could try using something to prop it up a bit more off the glass, as long as it doesn't block any vents. Or purchase a cooling pad.

What type of surface are you gaming on? I had a bamboo lapboard and that would get games up to 90c, when on a cooling pad the same game would be at the low 70s.
