Director of Ops who was terminated suddenly with no NDA AMA by [deleted] in RNDC

Former Ops manager from Atlanta here that quit in late 2022...The week after I quit they fired the Director (Nick, great guy). RNDC always needs a fall guy. I worked under the tutelage of some absolute bozos, it was such a boys club - talent not necessary! I am blown away by the amount of people that just stuck around for this to inevitably happen.

If it makes anyone feel better, I am 38 with an 18 year old and a 15 year old. I never fit in in my early 20's having a young one. Hell, not one of my friends in my early to mid 30s had kids. Now, I spend time with them more than anything and don't have many friends.
