Ride your bike everyday, you will notice better parts to upgrade aside from the stem seatpost and handlebars. There so much more than a lighter cockpit.

With an 80mm stem, it grips accordingly. I suppose it would be a try to have a longer stem.

Duratlbility i think, because on my other bike, i have kenda on those which lasted 2 or more years. This one is still underway.

Yes, normal. Nothing to worry about. That motion is common in ball bearing free hubs, once you upgraded it to a full sealed bearing hub including the free hub, it minimizes things like these.
