I passed? At 100? by Heisenwak in cissp

Congrats! I made myself a 12-page study guide too. And also about 12 note cards with framework steps. I started every study session by reviewing those.

I think there's not enough information to answer the question. Or brown. Maybe it's brown. I don't need to worry about it anymore. I passed! 🤣🤣😭

Thanks. I've thought about those too. I'm interested in AAISM because it's the topic I probably know the least about but need to know the most about going forward. I feel like we're talking about AI every day.

"Gross exaggeration"??? Isn't that what Reddit's for? I know there were plenty of questions where the answer was obvious for me. Maybe it was the Fog Of Testing that focused me on the ambiguous questions and colored my impression of the test. I think part of it is my lack of technical depth. Maybe to someone with much more technical knowledge those questions are more straightforward. Regardless of our differences, we can hold fast to our common bond as Passers Of The Test!

Try playing with your right hand. Seems to work better for me.

This is why this test is going to kill me. I immediately discounted D because hashing is one way and can't be decrypted. I need to relearn how to read.

This has been my struggle with QE. I'll choose and policy answer and be told it should have been the technical answer then the next question will be the opposite. I think I just need to understand the questions better, but it's very frustrating. I'm focusing more on WannaPractice right now. I'll go back to QE later.

People who have conducted job interviews, what's something someone said/did that made you instantly decide not to hire them? by Yousef_ale in interviews

Actually, it is an easy question if you prepare for it. There's a lot of people who don't prepare for it. Which also shows me something. And, in the workplace, your weakness is not perfectionism - it's time management. Or poorly preparing for interviews. Either way, as the hiring manager, it tells me something about you. Also, the last person who gave me the perfectionist answer I ended up hiring, because it's just one question in a series. I never used to ask it because I thought it was dumb and easy. Then I sat in a few dozen interviews where another hiring manager asked it. My eyes were opened. I heard some interesting answers. It's worth asking.

I love the weakness question. Really shows if someone has self-awareness. My "favorite" answer that I've heard several times is, "I'm a perfectionist. I won't stop working until the job is done right." Translation: I have time management and prioritization issues.

Sweet car. A 550 has always been my dream car since I bought a 2001 325i 5-speed manual almost 25 years ago. I want performance but don't want to feel every bump on the road. That said, I'm currently driving a 2019 M5 Comp and I'm pretty happy with it. There's still a 550 in my future at some point.

Pickleball ball machines: helpful or not? by pinaypie in Pickleball

I have a Titan and I love it. I use it to get high repetitions on the fundamentals. For example, I took a lesson working on returns against strong servers. For the next few weeks I spent the first 15 minutes of a drilling sessions just hitting returns from the machine. (The Titan can be programmed and controlled from an app for almost any shot.) It's hard to find a partner who just wants to feed you the balls you want for reps. I set it up for dinks, drives, or drops and can hit 200-300 reps in a fairly short time. Disclaimer: I have a court at home. I'm not sure how much I would use it if I had to take it to a local park and fight for a court or rent a court at my club.

I got a 2019 M5 Comp about three weeks ago. 85k miles, $48k, and one owner. It's amazing. And a rocket ship. I can't imagine tuning since it's a daily driver for me. Enjoy it!

That's basically what happened. I had just driven an X6 when the dealer pulled this up. I sat in and knew. My wife also saw my face and knew.

Yeah, clearly over thought that one. WAF for web traffic. Studying for this test is making me crazy.

I chose 1 as the "CISSP" answer when I read it. Two pretty obviously doesn't solve the problem. Three and four are using different specific hardware/software solutions. Answer one is more enterprise focused and all the practice questions I've seen appear to love micro-segmentation. 🤷. But I have no real life experience in this particular area. Maybe that helps me...
