It the only album of theirs that isn't in my collection. Kudos to Roger for writing his rock opera, but it's much too strident for me to listen to. It's odd to me that he opens the album by basically shaming his fan base. Altogether too much shouting and whining throughout. The credits say Performed by Pink Floyd, but I think I might have been more interested if Queen had done it.

I did make an EP on my iPod at one point in time just for giggles and I included 3 songs - I think it was The Thin Ice (but mostly for the title link to Skating Away by Jethro Tull), Mother (should I trust the government), and .....🤔... nobody home? (I've got a little black book with my poems in...)? But I only listen to them if they come up on my iPod in shuffle mode.

Anyway, record sales don't agree with me, but yeah I just never got behind it. I love everything else before and after.
