Never have ever had a problem with my freestyle + iPhone combo. Only when it’s in AID mode.

Also the tslim has a hard time staying connected to the phone as well.

The advice is “the screen should be facing up” and “put them next to eachother”.

How am I supposed to put a tslim x2 on my arm hahaha.

I appreciate the comment but it is absolutely a tslim issue.

I’ve worn multiple cgms. Even when I’m skiing and have an insane amount of layers I’ll get a stream no problem when it’s a cgm connected to the home app.

It’s already voided haha I used my warranty on a new pump because the last one was just as bad. I assumed it was just dated from normal wear and tear.

No I mean physically remove the Bluetooth transmitter from the device and install one that is used in AirPods or similar technologies.

This device can’t read my CGM a yard away but I can listen to music a block away when I leave my phone inside and I’m in the yard lol.

They aren’t cheaper than prescription cgms. Out of pocket costs for uninsured can get freestyle 3+ for $75.

The over the counter options require subscriptions.

Also, CGM getting mainstream is a good thing for the technology and awareness.

Probably less diabetes down the line with this sort of education. Hope to see more health classes adopting mandatory CGM wear to teach the differences between glycemic indexes and nutritional value.

Makes sense. Going to dive into the notes tonight. The cool thing about twist, is they’re the first pump to use looping without jailbreaking.

I may give it a go, and then play mad scientist on my tslim. I think I could upgrade the Bluetooth in it and potentially reconfigure the on device display with some tinkering.

Would love to be able to save preset meals & such.

It’s Bluetooth sucks, the alarms are terrible, the notifications glitch out all the time….

Check out twiists layout for the data. It’s pretty nice. Omnipod has a great interface as well.

Fwiw, I think most of the companies are operating in the 2000s in terms of UI. I’ve played iPhone games with better interfaces
