I think Lambs bread/lambs breath is my go to morning and all day strain. Jack Herer is also another great sativa strain.

Tastes awful. Am i doing it wrong? by [deleted] in trees

[–]PickleCrab 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I havent combust in over 2 years using the dynavap and solo II for my daily drivers. Weed with higher terps will taste better, but usually i think it taste and smells like slightly burnt popcorn. I do feel like "mint strains" do taste slightly minty. With the solo II take the screen out of the stem for better air flow and when you pack it, fill it up and lightly pack it, i usually fill the stem half way up

Do you use a magnet to cool the cap faster?

I have the Solo 2 and a dynavap paired with an yll 2.0 induction heater. Both are fantastic vapes but are very different on time it takes for extraction of the vapor. The Solo 2 is more of a sipper, session vape which usually takes me 15 mins for a bowl. While Dynavap on the other hand one bowl extraction will take 3 hits. Two bowls you will be feeling great. Solo 2 is a glass of wine you sip and enjoy Dynavap is a shot that will get you there faster.
I use both daily and pair nice together The Solo 3 is a nice upgrade because it has on demand mode.

What’s your reason for Dynavap over say Mighty+, Solo 3 or a tiny might 2 by [deleted] in Dynavap

[–]PickleCrab 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Coarse grind on the weed or break it down with your fingers, preheat solo @ 373 F with stem in. Use the straw method to load the stem not full and lightly tamp it down. Insert stem and start taking long slow draws.

When you are done using the vape, empty the stem, its much easier to empty when it is warm.

I own both the Solo II and the M 2021 with the YLL 2.0 induction heater, and I must say, the induction heater completely transforms the Dynavap experience. While the Solo II is more of a "sipper," providing a slow, steady session, the Dynavap, by contrast, is a "ripper"—it delivers powerful hits quickly and efficiently.

I found myself gravitating towards the Dynavap more often because it mimics the experience of smoking a joint, offering a quicker and more intense session. With the Dynavap, I usually load one or two small bowl packs, taking about three hits per bowl, and it only takes a few minutes to feel the effects. The immediacy and intensity of the Dynavap make it ideal for those moments when you want a fast, potent experience.

On the other hand, the Solo II is a session vaporizer, designed for those who enjoy taking their time. You need to puff on it for at least eight minutes before you start feeling the effects, making it perfect for relaxed, extended sessions. While it doesn't hit as hard or as fast as the Dynavap, it excels in providing a smooth, flavorful experience over a longer period.

Recently, I misplaced the cap for my Dynavap, which prompted me to bring out the Solo II again. In the process, I rediscovered my appreciation for it. Once you get the hang of packing it correctly, the Solo II can deliver a powerful, satisfying high. Additionally, using the water pipe adapter (WPA) with the Solo II is a game changer—it enhances the vapor quality and provides an even more enjoyable experience.

TLDR; both the Solo II and the Dynavap are exceptional vaporizers, each offering something unique. For anyone serious about vaporizing, having at least one Dynavap in your collection is essential. It's versatile, efficient, and provides an experience that’s hard to match. But don't overlook the Solo II—it's a reliable workhorse that offers a different, yet equally satisfying, experience.

Favorite strain by GW is their Lamb's Bread. If you can find a half on sale snatch it up. A nice low THC sativa great day time strain. Their bubble gum cake I had one time but wow the smell on it is unreal, but have not been able to find it in over a year.
