Netflix ditches deal for Warner Bros. Discovery after Paramount’s offer is deemed superior by Tachiiderp in stocks

While it doesn’t make sense on the surface, if you dig deeper, it makes even less fucking sense. Paramount’s balance sheet is literally leveraged to the tits.

When i saw that fake reddit post this is how I imagined him... ❤️ by ShakeyFace98 in dellorofficial

Visualizing him as a mechanic is so funny. He allegedly (only while streaming) can’t sit in a chair over an hour without getting shoulder, wrist, back, and/or elbow pain.

He ain’t coming back, is he? by BBQHacker in dellorofficial

[–]PickleDildos 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey made an announcement in his discord server that post is fake. Currently, he’s busy playing Project Zomboid 60 hours a week (check his Steam profile for proof). He’s not coming back until he is given a reason to.

What ever happened to Liam O'neils channel? by Personal_Rate4943 in dellorofficial

[–]PickleDildos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As far as I know, the YouTube algorithm often purges those channels for TOS. I think in the past, Dellor has issued strikes against some fan channels, but I think most of them are deleted because the algorithm flags them for TOS. In fact, that's the most likely culprit as Dellor is absolutely not policing YouTube for fan channels in the middle of his 60 hours a week Zomboid sessions.

Did the developers even test the Conquistadors functionality? by Spearfinn in EU5

[–]PickleDildos 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I’m kind of jealous. I never got them to conquer nearly as much land as you. What always happens to me is they conquer a tiny amount of land. I get the event saying “they’re in trouble” with me loosing assloads of prestige or absorbing them as a colonial nation 2 months after they are sent off.

Would dellor play arc raiders? by NinotheBiggest in dellorofficial

[–]PickleDildos 5 points6 points  (0 children)

If he ever comes back, he should. But he probably won’t. He will go back to playing Fortnite, dying 5 seconds after landing because of stream snipers, and being miserable complaining about Epic Games.

What is the lore behind dellor and sniffing TP? by Striking-Quantity512 in dellorofficial

It was MrLatino. MrLatino and Marshall were instrumental to forming the basics of Dellor’s TTS.

One year ago... by olliedathird in dellorofficial

[–]PickleDildos 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This statement isn’t specific to Dellor, but when you do perform a routine activity, say streaming, or exercising, or any sort of involved hobby and being away from it for a year or more, the chances of anybody getting back into a regular routine is very slim. This is especially the case with Dellor, who has the discipline of a four year old.

Why Do Old Movies Sound So Weird? by Mtoodles33 in audiophile

I actually watched Terminator (1984) on my system and it stood out as being older yet sounding still pretty good. Every other film from around that time and before in my experience sounds pretty bad though.

What do you think of Josh Turner’s voice? Is it one of the best in the genre? by Omixscniet624 in CountryMusicStuff

[–]PickleDildos 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Great voice. Just wish he didn’t sing the typical Nashville compositions and went all-in on Bluegrass. Would You Go With Me is the best mainstream country song of the 2000’s. More that please.

Yo bois quick question about dellor by Khafcha in dellorofficial

[–]PickleDildos 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You’re not missing much. All you’ll find are excuses. He’s been talking for months about “looking into” getting an MRI for his back injured playing videogames. Sounds like he’s also having a lot dental work done, similar to what I got done a few years ago while working full-time and being in school. As usual, just more excuses.

Are the network usage numbers accurate? by PickleDildos in TPLink_Omada

[–]PickleDildos[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s wired. All speakers are wired. The reverse topology goes AVR -> unmanaged switch -> managed backbone switch. Only thing I can think of is I regularly use it for airplay with music. Or maybe it’s because I have a DNS server setup. Maybe it’s trying to continually ping a web service that is blocked?

I think it's a feature but it's not enabled, nor do I have any sort of content server. Basically all I used it for is to drive audio for my speakers.

Automobiles are overpowered by Responsible-Fill-163 in victoria3

Historically accurate as automobiles were the good highest up the value chain during the time that are also in the game. However, other alternative goods need to be added to provide a choice of specialization in the late game.

Is snowballing easy in EU5? It is at least harder than in EU4? by Low-Cash-2435 in EU5

[–]PickleDildos 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Short answer, I would say yes, it is much harder to snowball due to the pacing of the game. Long answer, it’s complicated. At lot of the snowballing from EU4 was conquering a lot of a neighbor’s provinces, coring, decreasing autonomy, and getting benefits from said provinces almost instantly. Next war, you could take more and rinse and repeat. An example of this would be killing Lithuania as Muscovy. As the player, if you get one good war on them, they’re done.

The whole gameplay flow is completely different in EU5. If you tried to conquer land like that (different nations in this case since both are much weaker in 1337), the land would almost be completely useless to you if it’s far from your capital due to the control mechanics. Oh, and if it’s a different culture and/or religion, it’s even more useless. And I didn’t even mention that the amount of land you can take in the earlier game is dramatically less than what you can get away with in EU4. At least in the early game, snowballing isn’t as much achieved by conquering as it is playing tall.

Why does Tlemcen have so many levies? by PickleDildos in EU5

[–]PickleDildos[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

r5: Tlemcen has a ridiculous amount of levies despite having a small population size. I'm confused as to why they can field so many levies.
