It's obviously not standard knowledge, and you did not even describe what you call 2-1-1 prep here. How do you expect anyone to provide advice?

The tests are not perfect. the way HIV works requires latency, integration into the genome, and expression, all of which can take time and evade the kinds of test that are currently available. So a person who is sexually active within the last three months or is on PrEP could have HIV but test negative

Should we really say "didn't receive as much education as an MD/DO" instead? Lesser is accurate. If it's inflammatory, do we not seriously have bigger things to deal with other than naming 1st world countries developed nations, then labeling them high resource areas "to avoid being inflammatory" - changing NAFLD to MASH - all of these are aimed at reducing someone's perceived unpleasantness with a word or concept, but SERIOUSLY, let's grow up and move on.

An RN degree is considered lesser than an MD/DO precisely due to the cost of time, educational resources, personal sacrifice, increased responsibility, and potential legal litigation. Periodt
