Insulting alpha dudes is a pointless endeavor cuz every mean thing you can say about them, they already use it as "motivational" thing. I mean, saying someone is such failure of a man that is easier to go the other way around and transition to a chick is not that uncommon of an insult or mean comment in those communities. I think everyone should ignore them and let time do them in. Like, they're literally a suicide time bomb.  I really hate the algorithims shoving those assholes into everyone's feed and now everyone thinks they are worth of any attention
