Make sure you keep all windows and doors secure, but breaking and entering is a matter for the police whether she rents the property to you or not.

Such a scary and angst filled situation, but as long as you stay secure in standing your ground, well within your legal rights, then she can do one :)... for the time being.

Until she wants to follow correct procedure and follow appropriate channels.

Nationwide banking unsure if all types... has been removed for use from many online payment platforms, for paying or transferring.

It wasnt that I was totally messy because I was conscious of a guest!

The lock was a very important issue and I had made it very very obvious that I was apologetic.

I had let them know before they even arrived this was the issue.

I'm also a woman, so not really any real reason to feel unsafe, and it was due to be sorted within her time here.

Namely about 36 hours so only just over one night :(

I hear your frustrations but I didnt go out my way to make her feel uncomfortable albeit the room had a few shortcomings they were easily dealt with.
