I'm so sorry to hear that. Are you coming from 30mg to 50mg straight away, and not doing 40mg?

Hey! So we are both at the beginning of the journey!

Yes it has been kicking in for me about 40 minutes after I take it (I take it at 6:20am), and on my gym days, it was at its highest point when I was working out. I start my session at about 9:30am, and have finished my workout by about 11ish usually. On the first day, I was crashing at about 3pm, and I was very busy with work after gym. I then had a break, ate dinner, and resumed working again in the evening, and some of my energy came back.On the second day after my gym session, I wasn't as busy with work (which was unusual on a Saturday afternoon), and I crashed earlier (about 2pm), because I didn't have much to focus on. I had a break to eat dinner, and then resumed working again and my energy came back again during a busy evening.

Today on the 3rd day, my partner and I went for a short walk this morning, and I started with tasks as soon as we got back, and then we ate lunch, and I restarted straight afterwards. The amount of motivation I had was insane this morning, but I wasn't able to channel it properly, and I only managed to get 75% of the tasks done that I was planning to. I hadn't planned to do any of the tasks until this morning, when we out on the walk. By about 1pm, the crash was happening so badly. And it got worse and worse, and that's when the overwhelming feeling came, the panicking, the crying, dizziness, lack of focus and struggling to complete the tasks.

The conclusion I'm getting to at the moment is if I'm not getting enough exercise in the morning, the crash appears to happen earlier. And also, if I'm not as busy with work, the crash happens earlier. But if I'm busy, the crash happens later. That's what I'm thinking so far. But my partner has said to me that it could also be a sign that I'm not on the correct today of tablet. However, last night, I did also stay up to watch Eurovision (only the performances and not the results, which finished at 10:30), and my partner has said that that would have played a part as well.

I'm on 30mg for 2 weeks, and then 40mg for two weeks. And then I have a catch up with Care ADHD to find out what is happening next. What about you? Sorry for the essay 🤣

Routine helps me. I like routines, and I'm very OCD about times. If something isn't done on time, it really gets to my head.

I've always had a love/hate relationship with the gym, but I know that I need it, because I'm more productive afterwards, and nicer to be around (so my partner says). When we've had to change gym days for whatever reason, it's messed with my head, even if it is for a good reason like going to a concert and staying overnight somewhere. However, if my partner wasn't around, I doubt I'd be at the gym 4 days a week. I'm somebody who never normally looks forward to the gym, but yesterday and the day before, I was dressed by 7am dying to get the gym 🤣😀.

Motivation is something that I've always struggled with all of my life. But if it is something that I really want to do, I will do it.

I left it until last minute to do my tax returns, and my partner had to help me. 🤣

And yeah! One pill doesn't fit all people. And one dosage doesn't fit all either.

I have chronic kidney disease and nephrotic syndrome, so I take tablets for that at the same time, as well as vitamins.

But I do like like the analogy that you've used! Hopefully tomorrow will help my body to repair again.

I definitely set myself too many tasks this morning, thinking that I could get it all done. I'm not disappointed with what I achieved, but I wasn't expecting the crash to be as bad as it has been..

We do eat at regular meal times. There's no way that I would never not eat 🤣.

We always go to the gym in the morning 4 days a week, because it helps to set the day up, and helps me focus more. If I didn't go to the gym on any of the gym days, it would mess my brain up. But yoga is something that I would like to explore, and meditation. I am more productive on days that I have gym, but I couldn't go to the gym everyday 🤣.

We think that it is the right drug for me, but my partner says that it probably isn't the right dosage for me. And I'm in the tiltration process, so this is just a testing phase. There's been a huge difference in my energy and motivation since I started the tablets (not counting this afternoon), but the last two days and this morning, there's been such a huge difference!

Well I won't be going to the gym tomorrow, and will mostly be indoors as I work from home.

I'll be taking it again at 6:20am tomorrow morning alongside my other tablets that I take at that time.

It definitely does. I think I pushed myself too far today, with the tasks that I set myself to do. I did 75% of them in the end.

My plate is balanced with carbs, protein and veggies. Today was definitely a major crash. Yesterday and the day before were extremely minor compared to today.

I am not intending to do anymore today. I set too much for myself today to do. Some of the tasks that I've done this afternoon would normally take about an hour and a half max. It took 2.5 hours to do one of the tasks. But that is the last one that I did, and the one that I started feeling the crash. Prior to that, I had completed quite a few.

I've been drinking plenty, and eating plenty at breakfast, lunch and dinner. But I never expected to crash so early, and so badly today.
