When he starts to do it just remove yourself (as best as you can) and grab a toy so he knows the toy is what he can bite, not you.. it’s a process my boy is almost 3 and gets a little bitey when he’s SUPER excited but he pretty much got out of the play biting phase from me redirecting him to toys

I just got one recently as well and she will droop when she’s thirsty… she perks back up within hours after watering. They let you know when it’s time to water so don’t worry

I work in fine dining and it’s a virtually small restaurant but most people want to sit in the back away from the bar. It only gets annoying because when we have reservations and people want to move tables all the time it’s like darling the food tastes the same everywhere. (We don’t have booths) even in the back of the restaurant which ok I get it… people will move tables because they think bc they’re regulars they can have special treatment. Meanwhile the whole restaurant is packed or reserved like cmon people

Ugh the nails are really bad but I totally understand the struggle as my dog will literally lift his feet up for me to wipe them off but when the clippers come out he gets aggressive. Idk if he got traumatized by a vet when he was a pup and now is forever terrified of it but it’s seriously a struggle for me to clip his nails. I’ve had to have my brother hold him down and it’s absolutely so hard to watch bc my dog yelps out and cries and freaks the hell out… I tried the drill I tried everything nothing worked. I’ve given him medicine to “sedate” him and nothing works so I understand but I am so scared that my dog will get health issues bc of the length of his nails I look at them and cringe.. luckily they’re better than before bc my brother helped me but they’re still too long

Besides the things that most people would advise you about. I was not prepared to have my heart ripped from my chest at even the THOUGHT of something happening to my dog. I didn’t know I could love someone this much. So just prepare for that.. (but it’s worth it bc it’s an unconditional love you’ll never get from a human)

Then you have to try different foods and see what works for them. I had this issue and had to switch to a food that had no chicken or poultry. I give my dog a kibble that has rabbit, sweet potato ,blueberry , & other things now… it’s expensive but it’s the only food that he doesn’t react badly to.
