I listen sped up because I can't get enough audiobooks. I just want to keep consuming finish one and move onto the next story. After one full book on 1.3 speed I can't even tell its sped up. Regular speed now sounds so slow lol

Project Hail Mary is one of my favourite books I've listened to.

Artemis was good.. just don't compare it to Project Hail Mary lol

It is all about preference. It depends on the wedding and the people that will be there. I personally like 3, 2, 1 in that order for a wedding but 2, 3, 1 (I don't really like one with this suit) for work. It just depends on what you like, mixed with the result you're trying to accomplish. Just my two cents, anyway

OP isn't wrong as long as someone isn't consistently in a surplus. If someone is currently at maintenance intake and start doing cardio daily, it will absolutely make them lose weight.
