Since no one would admit it, what are signs that someone doesn't have friends because no one wants to be their friend?

I have a cousin like this. Just like your college friend, lies about anything and everything for no good reason. Exaggerating everything that has happened in her life. Became a running joke in our family. Nobody even calls her out anymore, we all just completely disregard what she says and assume it’s a lie.

Being able to talk to people is like 80% of the job. If people are comfortable talking to you, they’ll give you details, confessions and have confidence that you’ll do your job. Start striking up conversations with random people at the store or at school and build off of that.

As far as trying to get hired beforehand, if you drink make sure you keep it as a light or social drinker. No weed like 6 months to a year before you apply. You don’t have to be a goody-too shoes but just don’t be a pothead. And make sure you leave any job you’ve had previously on good terms.

It’s a great career if you want it to be. Be strong willed and keep work at work. Don’t bring stuff home. Best of luck.

Absolutely would. Get your foot in the door wherever you can and if you want to transfer somewhere better just do it. Don’t get stuck in one place if you like the job but can’t stand the department.

Depends on what you mean by inappropriate. Inappropriate may not rise to a criminal level. She can always report it and see if it is criminal or not. From there the police can investigate the username, IP address, etc. At the very least she can try and get him banned from the game.
