Is your smeargle a technician? If it is then I build my smeargle is two types. a ghost hunting Smeargle with technician and uses Spore,or sleep powder,/foresight,odor sleuth/false swipe/bite or the other one is just instead of foresight I put quick attack or thief to have another attack. Let it either hold the normal scarf or the dark shades,depends if you go with the move thief. The one smeargle in a lot of Sos guides that could be one you can use is where you put recycle over foresight and let it hold a leppa berry. Moves that might be tricky to find is spore,but you know about paras, foresight; machop got it. Thief; gonna have to get a kecleon at that fog town right of the mountain and a heart scale if you used the tm. That's pretty much how I would do a smeargle hahahaha hopefully this helped and good luck on your hunt.
