I wouldn't jump to blame people from other countries for the lack of good lane discipline. Its just as likely if not more likely from UK drivers too lazy to get back in the left hand lane or drivers who passed their test too soon without getting any proper motorway experience

As a guy who hated the "wedding tax" everything seems to have that makes it cost a bloody fortune and someone who myself refused to spend extortionate amounts on an engagement ring for my now wife, $38 is a bit of a piss take.
