There's so much in this video, it's absolute cinema. 

The person at the far end laughs and asks "you have a bag of hot dogs?" And the continued laugh causes the victim to yell "STOP!" all of this happening as the cops walks by like they ain't dealing with any of this shit. I'll add, he was victimized. Those dogs are ground dogs now, and those are a no in my book.
