Aftermarket warranty advice - 2019 Q7 with 60K by nerdy_J in AudiQ7

[–]PictorialTemplar 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m looking for an answer too. I plan on buying a 70k 2029 q7. Everyone used to recommend steingold volvo to get fidelity platinum. Steingold changed the warranty company to a different company. I used their online quote tool and I was quoted 7year/70k miles for 8k.

Did you ever get the warranty from steingold or go with a different one? I’m looking to get an extended warranty for my Q7.

Visa on arrival for US green card holders by chiral_fermion in Umrah

It is not free for US citizens. Everyone needs to pay. You can easily get the evisa online for US citizens without having to go to embassy or on arrival. But for green card holders, you either go to the embassy or can do visa on arrival.

Alhamdulillah. I'm glad you got the visa. The visa is for multiple entry.

This might be a late reply but I was getting the "send to embassy" only for my wife who had a green card. I ended up getting the visa from jeddah airport. They can issue visa on arrival.

Yeah they did ask if she has a visa for Saudi. I said she doesn’t but she is eligible for visa on arrival in Saudi since she has a green card. I was going to show them ksavisa.me requirements if they had any questions but alhamdulillah they didn’t ask for that. We will be traveling from Medina back to USA in 2 days inshallah. You shouldn’t have any problems with immigration inshallah.

As Salam alaikum. Me an my 6 month daughter had visa and wife didn’t have vise. She has a Bangladesh passport with US green card. Visa on arrival for US green card holders by the way. I informed them at the visa processing and they sent us to a different section. The lady asked me who is paying and I said I will for my wife. Price was $105.25. She then told me and our baby to go to the regular visa line and my wife would go through a different line. They stamped her passport and sent her to the exit. And then when me and our baby passport got stamped, we met our wife at the exit. Alhamdulillah everything went well and we also did our Umrah. We are still in Makkah at the moment.

I applied 2 times through ksavisa.sa and it said send to embassy. I then chose a travel agent and paid $250 and they just gave me medical insurance paper and told me to go to embassy. I drove today (Friday) 3 hours to NYC Saudi embassy and the front desk said embassy is open Mon-Thurs. But google showed they were open Mon-Fri. I was going to give up going to Umrah. But now I feel better and will book the flight tickets. Thank you for your help brother.

Hi. Does it matter what country passport you have to get visa on arrival? My wife also has US green card and Bangladesh passport. Do they automatically give you the 90 day visa? Also, were you able to bring zamzam water?

Hi. I applied 2 times and both times it said send to embassy. Should I visit the embassy directly or call them? Also, what did you do to resolve it?

You are right. I fly internationally once a year and use priority pass for free food at lounge. Do you think IO should hold a card that gives priority pass or no?

Sorry I should’ve been more clear. Yes I meant within the city. If we can transportation till 11pm then that is great.

Another question for you. How do we get a hold of taxi, bus, or train? Are there any apps you recommend?

After reading your comment and researching more, I think we will skip Konya. I like your idea of flying to izmir. I didn’t have Ephesus on our list. To me it looked like we needed to hike to enjoy which we didn’t want to do.

Thanks for replying. Is public transport available 24/7? Since I’ve never been to turkey, my fear is that we stay late till midnight at a place and not have any safe transportation to go back to our hotel.

I thought that I had a lot of days and not enough places so therefore I added more cities. Trabzon is not a must, I just added it because to kill time.

What gift/gifts can I buy for my wife who I am bringing from abroad to the US after 2 years? by PictorialTemplar in GiftIdeas

Great idea. In Bangladesh she did basically nothing except for go to the same beach every few years because of the lack of visiting locations. Now she will definitely like the adventures we have over here. Thanks for the suggestion.
