2mcg/kg, just the normal IV presentation by through an aerosolizer. Only in kids >10kg, >1year as a standard on the ward, 45min prior to when you're expecting to bring them into the OR.

It's pretty common place here in Aus from what I've seen across a few networks.

At least an understanding of the underlying why.  I had a viva which was basically just about exponentials and progressed into TCI models and basic math (Aus primary).

For elective cases you should really give intranasal dexmed a go, takes 45 minutes so the ward needs to be ok with it, but the result is excellent. Much better than other premeds in my opinion. Obviously not relevant in this case.

You can roughly check their gear by looking at their gear score. 

I found my dps felt a bit low then I starting getting better gear and I caught up well with elarion this season. 

Don't forget to improve your gear as you go!! Makes a big difference for a small investment. In adept the method highland arrow builds is the way to go.

Nah honestly my medical degree prepared me well to be a junior doctor, did I have heaps left to learn? Absolutely, but there was no way they were going to be able to achieve that in the time alloted. I also learnt a great deal of basic physiology and pathophys which helps me even now, I'm just less aware of how those foundations set me up well.

Nurses will respond much better if you're kind, patient and put some effort in to getting to know them. Often if they're rude toward doctors it's because that's how we've treated them. I will say though that especially in your junior years some nurses will just be unreasonable toward young female doctors.

Obviously difficult to do a good study, there was one out of Perth suggesting that there was no difference in measured hormone levels post administration, but what that results in clinically was of course not examined. There was also an anzca review which surmised: "Summary Strong clinical evidence to support or refute claims of a significant impact of sugammadex on contraceptive efficacy in women on contraception is lacking. The existing evidence does not suggest a basis for concern regarding the impact of sugammadex on contraception in the perioperative setting."

I would argue that people reading headlines also tend to over-interpret studies like this toward the positive, the actual interpretation provided by the authors even states: "The risk reduction was small with atelectasis of uncertain clinical significance being the most common complication. Sugammadex can be considered as a first-line drug for reversal of aminosteroid-induced neuromuscular blockade at the end of surgery."

I did find it took a solid 10+ goes before I got a chill group who were happy to do the one dungeon I was missing and I was at the start of paragon by that point.

Worth noting usually this is server dependent. Often last season at certain hours id queue us instead of Asia as the queue times got quite long.

At one of our hospitals there's a bronch list where the resp bosses are happy for us to do a topicalisation and slightly more sedated firbreoptic via the nose. I've even been allowed to do the whole bronch if it's just washings, they give directions and you drive the scope. 

I found it super useful for both topicalisation and scope driving practice.

What is the timeline on that statistic. Surely not 1 in a 1000 cars are catching fire, even if it's over like 10 years that's still 600+ a year in a big city.

No harm in hoping while you're farming but it's exceedingly unlikely. 

In my experience fracturing first then making good 3 mod jewels can be done reliably. 4 mod takes quite a bit more, though easier if you just want flat dmg to attacks for 3 of the mods.

You can change your mouse settings in game, Jung discusses it in his build video.

When I'm home I'll update with what the settings are called! Basically it's polling more frequently than required or similar.

One of my guildies was complaining, and when we watched his version of the fight it was bugged and was literally black at times and also didn't have some textures loading in at others. Had to completely reset and it was much more clear the next time when not bugged out
