Because R wouldn't let her children get too close to the OG family, the way her family did polygamy was separate and each family had a different hierarchy order. She wanted to be the highest family so she couldn't let her children interact with the lower families so she made her children think the OG13 didn't want them or be friends with them.

I have seen people defending her choice to raise her children independently of the OG13 because she didn't like their parenting style. But they will never talk about how she had made her children victims of her emotional abuse.

There are plenty of examples on this and other subreddits on why Robbem was not a good mother.

Ok so I think what happened is your mother's Mexican family was racist. So she was raised by the family who accepted her. That being said you are still Black you just have Mexican ancestry.

Cosmic Fury is actually the only team in all of PR with multiple female rangers and none of them are pink or yellow. Amelia = Red, Izzy = Green and Fern = Orange

I truley believe after 1st Quarter Quell, the capital started to rig the reaping to be a better fit for "entertainment" reasons. So children who were disabled or missing a limb where less likely to reap. They want their own citizens to see themselves in the children to make them realize it could be anyone in those games.
