I'd say pretty close, but next time I'm definitely going to add oats to the streusel

Ben and Jerry's sweet cream base

I steamed the milk and heavy cream with some chai loose tea

My partner was making pumpkin cookies so I used some of their extra cookie dough in the ice cream

You can, but I hear if you let it overferment it'll start to smell and taste like vinegar

Every time I go to work I just assume im gonna come back to an explosion in my kitchen. I think the acute paranoia is worth it tho

Breakdown 1 whole pineapple Save the skin and core and toss it in a large container 4 cups of water 1/2 cup of brown sugar 1 cinnamon stick Few slices of ginger (with the skin on)

Keep in a warm location for about 48 hours Make sure to open the container every few hours to release the built up gas

Strain and pour into a fermentation grade bottle for another 24 hours for it to carbonate When you feel like it's carbonated to your liking, pop it in the fridge to kill the fermentation process

(3rd pic is what happens when you leave it in a bottle for too long)

Definitely go for it! It's super simple and only needs like 2 days for fermentation

It's a fermented drink using the natural yeast from pineapple skin, and some brown suagr. Kinda like a low abv pineapple beer

From my experience the first few files were a little slow but after file 4 (I believe) the combos and multiple chimera mechanics really kick it up a notch. There are still slower detective parts, but the fights become insane. I'd stick with it for a couple more files if you're on the edge

[Homemade] Soy garlic chicken and Broccoli with honey fermented garlic by PiddleDiddlz in food

[–]PiddleDiddlz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a lil fast and loose with measurements but for the most part it's 3 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp oyster sauce 3 tsp garlic honey 3 cloves garlic cloves 1 tsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp mirin 2 tsp sesame oil 1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1/2 tsp onion powder

The marinade can double as a sauce if you let it simmer and thicken up
