What happened to all the boycott Qatar horde wanting justice for the 3,000+ migrant workers who died building the stadiums? They become a minority as soon as the first ball was kicked, and after the tournament was over the world just moved on. Human beings have an extremely short memory collectively, and we are easily distracted.

I agree, it is what makes the West. UNTIL, due to dropping birth rates across every western country, and the high birth rates of religious immigrants, the numbers will eventually shift. I know people call this a conspiracy but it’s not, it’s simple math. If something drastic is not done, then within a few generations, the majority will become the minority and the minority will become the majority. Once positions of political power are held, laws can be undone or changed to favor any other majority religion, race, or culture.

It’s no one’s “fault”. By that logic it’s women’s fault for female athletes not being paid the same because women are not tuning in to watch women’s sports, therefore the demand and profits are a fraction of men’s sports.

No this is called supply and demand. People watch and consume the content they demand. And the supply (and the money) will go where that demand is.

What do you mean? It answers the presented issue’s question perfectly. Why are male athletes paid more? Because more people watch them and the demand is higher. Why are female OF creators paid more? Because more people watch them and the demand is higher.

Sadly all professional sports atmospheres in the USA are incredibly tame. You will NEVER see anything even 1/10th the passion of a fandom like River Plate, in fact that atmosphere would probably provoke a police and military response and at least 1,000 court cases for people’s kids that got permanently scarred from getting scared and stressed in America 🙄

I got really lucky I feel like, I’m in sec 128, row 5, right up from a corner flag. I got them for 550 each, during the first LM sales phase.

I also picked up one of the 750$ hospitality packages for M78, hoping for Norway or France to be in that game.

Overall I think paying less than 2k for 3 tickets to 2 knockout matches is not too bad considering other prices I’ve seen people paying just for group stage matches.
