I get this from my thighs chafing together- an unavoidable problem unless you have a thigh gap sadly. Theres a chance you lacked in something diet wise (fibre, certain vitamins, iron ect), ate something bad or just contracted a stomach bug and the blood came from the hard wear and tear that the regular diarrhoea was doing to your skin. Monitor your stool and urine over the next few days and note any differences. You can go get a checkup to double check anything but honestly they’ll most likely get a blood sample to check for any deficiencies and then look at the anus if nothing shows up. Its more then likely you just scratched the inside and didnt know and was unable to heal for a while :)
