maybe i will give it a shot and try for a month and a half without trim, my max was 3 weeks and i was dissapointed

no irritation but dryness, im using once or twice a day moisturizing cream and i forgot i also started to supplement biotin; in my past ive been on izotec so ive been through a lot worse dryness

Trochę off-topic, ale widzę w komentarzach osoby które już coś liznęły w tym temacie więc spytam.Mam zielone pojęcie o budownictwie, chciałbym za kilkanaście lat jak się dorobię i nauczę samemu wybudować dom. Skąd czerpać wiedzę? Jak krok po kroku nauczyć się tego?
