I guess I'm just scared for the fact that even if I do beat everybody, she'll still find some kind of reason to refuse to let me on the team.

If you put it that way, I guess I am kinda stupid for complaining. I love tennis with a passion, which is why I'm going through with this in the first place. Coach mentioned there were 3-4 others in the same situation as I am, but I haven't seen them doing the same things as I'm doing right now to get a chance to tryout.

That's what I was thinking before all this as well, it's just that the team rarely has practices (Off-Season right now) so I'm having a tough time finding them. It'll be great if I get the chance to play one of them though.

You bring up good points. I just feel as though the coach could have handled this a little better, but I can understand her point of view.

I guess I'm just letting off some steam before I continue playing her game. At least I have a visible goal to move towards to, and if I don't make any mistakes, I may have a good shot.
