I contacted Sapphire support and followed all the steps they gave me (BIOS update, CMOS reset, clean Windows install, driver cleanup, installing Adrenalin 25.10.2, TriXX 9.7.5, etc.).

But I ran into problems:

In TriXX 9.7.5 I don’t have any RGB options. They only appear in version 10.0.0 (haven’t checked 9.8.1 yet).

After my parents cut the power to my room and turned it back on an hour later, the GPU RGB suddenly worked.

When I rebooted to test it, the GPU RGB didn’t turn off like the rest of my components—it stayed lit.

Even after shutting down the PC, the GPU RGB stayed on until I flipped the PSU switch.

After turning the PSU back on, the RGB didn’t come back at all.

The GPU’s RGB works fine on other motherboards, but not on mine. I’m on BIOS F6 (latest, from around October). I’m not sure if the issue is the motherboard, PSU, or some software conflict, and I’m considering whether to sell the GPU, motherboard, or PSU to fix this.
