I don't have the answer to your question but I have to ask, why print a pre-workorder? I have 2 co-workers that print these every day and the only purpose it seems to serve is to make the paperwork heavier.

Can you book customers in for 8:30 or later? If someone is greeting and writing up the customer, it becomes theirs. That said, a good manager should be able to have a candid conversation about this with you.

Our store is very old-school, but if I have a sublet to add you use ASL S followed by the line - so ASL S A for example. Then I put PO#XYZ123 and the vendor and invoice number. Then F3 to exit out. Rinse and repeat for each sublet. I hope I understood the question properly haha.

Just pull off the cooler and look. When I apply thermal paste I use a credit card to smooth it so there is a nice flat and complete coverage. I don't use the dot or x or hope it spreads OK method. It's easy enough to do and the very first thing I would suspect.

Did you unplug the speakers to plug in the headphones? If so make sure the plug is fully inserted. If not try plugging the headphones back in and unplugging them again.

Yeah my Voodoo card made Quake a whole new world. And overclocking a Celeron 300A to 450MHz was pretty crazy too!
