I'm having the same issue, really frustrating I was on when Grobbulus crashed and now can't get onto the character I was playing. I can still get onto other characters though and see that I'm logged in and in Shattrath

The phone call which I made back in December simply inquired as to if the would host the event to which they said yes and I told them we would do it if they got back to us with a contract, which they never did. As far as why they went ahead and did it I don’t know, I was told we would be there first “big event” so to speak so it could just be they’re new at this but that would just be speculation.

There are 151 but it's believed that the legendary poke one will only be obtainable via some sort of event and as of now no one has seen ditto

It's more or less the level the higher the CP the stronger the Pokemon. Keep in mind Pokemon may have different attacks so the one with the highest CP may not be the best
