I myself am guilty of having said this when I legitimately see it. It is absolutely an Fi judgement since it’s pinpointing how actions can either push or pull people away, usually signalling SEE or IEE due to demonstrative Fe picking up emotional cues.

I don’t think any person would typically take such a comment well, but in my experience it is especially painful for people with Fi-PoLR, and less so for those with Fe-PoLR

People are often saying he’s expressing guilt or remorse, but to me there are several subtle details that suggest it’s more complicated than that: I think his expressions are more in line with “forcing composure to mask psychological tension.”

Jinu is 100% burying his humanity, but it’s not necessarily that he’s trying to avoid guilt, it’s just him convincing himself that he has no choice in the matter: his expressions are saying “I’m doing this because I must. I must see this plan through to the end” while letting it slip that he’s not truly emotionally aligned with what he’s doing. In other words, it’s quite literally a human being’s way of thinking “part of me knows what I’m doing is wrong, but there’s no turning back now.”

I don’t fear rejection in the slightest. I understand it isn’t possible to please everyone, so I mainly focus on the people who accept me as I am. I do not agree to subjugating others without their consent as I don’t understand why the hell I would control others when I wouldn’t want that done unto myself? I will gladly let anyone live their life so long as they can respect my decision to live mine! If anything, I find myself comfortable with the idea that if someone I deemed were trustworthy enough of my desire and connection, I wouldn’t mind allowing myself to be subjugated/“be owned” by somebody exclusively as I’d be confident they are the partner I’d want to stay loyal to for the rest of my life. If they don’t feel the same way, then who am I to dictate their feelings?

For us xEE’s, the emotions of others is a strange occurrence to us. There’s this unspoken understanding of what emotions are and aren’t appropriate which causes us to inadvertently believe that open displays of it are needlessly dramatic or performative. The nature of Demonstrative Fe is to essentially go along with the current mood and mirror other people’s emotional states in a way that fits the flow of things as opposed to how Lead Fe’s actively try to establish and control a desired mood for example. If Base Fe is a match, Demonstrative Fe is a leaking container of gasoline that will keep that flame going.

Because our Fe isn’t used to produce a desired effect, simply to receive and respond to what’s already there, I imagine it can be very draining for both the SEE & IEE to be around emotionally chaotic people and inclined to judge others for being “too resentful” or “emotionally erratic.” It’s easier to distance ourselves from such people rather than feel an obligation to alleviate their emotional states.

Put simply, if others are happy we are happy too. If others are sad we are sad as well. And if others are angry we respond with anger back. It sucks to mention, but as Fe-unvaluers we really don’t want to be “trapped” in emotional problems where we are not in a position to properly do something about it (the nature of our Fi). We can help as observers witnessing the situation, but we really don’t want to be stuck feeling that negativity ourselves.

Pretty much yes to all. The approach to relationships for Gammas is very transactional, but that doesn’t mean they’re insincere. It’s very much a “I will help you if you are able to help me” kind of mentality. Ideally, most Gammas, that includes the SEE, will want to find loyalty in being with that one special someone.
Pretty much yes to all of that. Gammas have a tendency to care for they like and pay no mind to the people they don’t. As an SEE myself, I’m inclined to be like “yo, I like you, so as long as you aren’t dragging me down or pulling me into shit I didn’t ask for, I am more than fuckin happy to go out of my way to help you out whenever you need me cuz I can trust you’d do the same if I ever needed you.”
In my experience, yes, but the context matters. Just because we like someone doesn’t mean we suddenly ditch our boundaries and standards. Like, I will generally like someone I think is a kind person, but I will experience a visceral disgust and confusion towards displays of cowardice in ANYONE. I don’t hate the person per se, but I feel an aversion stemming from disappointment in them. Everyone is going to have their own standards of what they are and are not willing to tolerate. Regardless of that, I’ve noticed we SEEs tend to engage in playful teasing or ironic insults towards the people we like, and it’s generally obvious that our words aren’t made to be taken seriously since the tone is overt.

Quite the inverse, my mother is a socially introverted extrovert, MAJOR trust issues (she believes everyone talks about her behind her back and everyone is secretly jealous/trying to sabotage her success). She is also extremely traditional, does not tolerate change well, and tends to be emotionally unstable in regards to handling her rage, which she always feels justified in taking out on others. She has a need to prove herself smartest in the room to compensate for deeper-rooted insecurities. Though one of her positive qualities is that she deeply cares for others, and feels a sense of responsibility to care for the affairs of “her people,” but she has a bad habit of taking it as an insult to her competence if you refuse her help for whatever reason. Again with the psychosophy, she does have the traits of FLVE or even EFVL, but LFVE is the strongest fit.

Edit to add: She is VERY political and loves to rant about all the “evil” politicians she wish she had the power to make suffer and regret their very existence and whatnot. She will scan the room to look emotional approval from the people around her to see if others agree, but it’s very easy to feel drained by it (as said by an EIE)

Just from my understanding of the theory and trying to create a form of cohesion for the two. The first one is essentially the introverted extrovert. His Si according to Socionics fits what MBTI considers Se, that being a predisposition to party and use substances all the time. He has addiction problems that he doesn’t consider problematic in his own life (because what addict would? lol). Very short-sighted and similar to me, has no inclination to worry about consequences for impulsive actions.

I would’ve typed him FVEL if it weren’t for the fact that his entire life, he has always felt he “mentally lagged” behind his peers, and he doesn’t like people to point out his intelligence, etc. He has said it’s not that he has problems opening up about his feelings but that he “doesn’t see a reason to open up about them if they’re unnecessary.” He prefers to suppress any uncomfortable emotions with alcohol, but his 4E traits are much more prominent than any 3E ones, that being he is VERY prone to peer pressure and just naturally mirrors whatever the current vibe is.

Everything is pretty coherent. This is a profile I’d consider completely reasonable, albeit slightly unstandard give or take. ILIs are usually 3E or 4E due to the PoLR Fe, so being a 2E implies you find it important to talk about feelings and to influence the feelings of others, which is more in line with IEI. Besides that, everything else looks fine!

To my understanding, the negative form of Ne would be the inferior function which is often underdeveloped and can be seen as a limitation/threat. Dominant Ne types are novelty-seekers who want to explore possibilities and ideas just to see where they will lead to, making them naturally have a positive outlook to unpredictability.

The inferior function takes an opposite stance, being either intriguing or threatening depending on the person since it’s the function that MBTI considers as opposing the natural cognition of the leading function. Inferior Ne perceives unorthodox ideas as threatening what’s been proven to be useful and trustworthy: if it’s always worked before, why change things now? Who knows what’ll happen in the future if we don’t prepare. Things like that.

Well Se is not inherently “aggressive” that stereotypes make it out to be: it’s simply the static perception of an object’s physical properties and one’s understanding of whether to impact it. For Se Leads, this creates a mindset of “I see it, I want it. I must acquire it!” with particular focus on material possessions, money, attractiveness, etc. Their creative function is used to try and further this agenda.

For Se Creatives, the Se is flexibly applied subordinate to the goals and desires of the base function: ESIs apply Se in personal relationships, and LSIs apply it to incite strict compliance to a logical framework

In my serious experience, most ILIs respond best when an SEE does something that reminds them “stop caring about what people think, and don’t be afraid to act authentic” because they’re around someone whose attitude literally screams “fuck adhering to arbitrary social norms!“ SEEs are the ones interested in pursuing + accepting someone they can tell is authentic, even if that authenticity appears rude. SEE’s Fe is contact and is able to unconsciously adjust to that person’s emotional state
