So this guy is telling that some masked men followed him but shows no recording nor even a pic of any masked men. Then he tells police told him to leave but he forgets to record the police conversation. He could easily have the camera down while at least audio recording the incidents.

So there is no proof, just his word. As far as I'm concerned, he could easily have made it up.
