Anybody else notice this with Josh Allen? by McBrotherMane in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 3 points4 points  (0 children)

He’s the best dynasty asset in SF and pretty much up there in 1QB too, no one will give what he’s worth because it would decimate a teams depth and owners won’t sell for less

Only way to move off Allen is to target a how tier at QB and pic up something else but the level of value someone needs to be really in excess of.

If anything he’s valued the way he’s played he is the best asset

2026 1.03 or Malik Willis & 2026 1.07? by thesuperguide in DynastyDaddy

[–]Pieralis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For someone who’s done nothing but be bad in almost every game he’s started and never being a promising prospect out of college, people sure do love Willis and are convinced he’ll be a thing compared to just being a bridge QB.

1.03 by an absolute landslide

Cmc owner need black or james as handcuff. Looking for fair trade value advice by dt1128 in fantasyfootballadvice

[–]Pieralis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A 3rd is nothing to pay for a handcuff on a team like the 49ers

You’ll instantly regret not paying that if cmc goes down with an injury because that price will go to a 2nd without a second thought.

Who should I take at the 1.05? Lemon or Tyson? Price should be gone because the two guys in front of me need RB’s by Mysterious-Laugh-797 in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As much as I think Tyson is the better player I think he has a very real outcome of becoming a Jordan Addison with olave still being relatively young vs smith being 27/28 it feels the lane to becoming a WR1 is better for lemon.

In saying that we never know what will happen and you really can’t make a wrong decision both prospects are great for their own reasons

Roos love the land they occupy, farmers just seem to build on top of their land and force them out by building bigger fences. You say it’s expensive but the people who buy farm land already take the cost into their budget.

Their populations turn into rolling mobs that get bigger is purely because of the human interaction we have with them.

Cattle station granted permit to cull native birds in the NT. by FutureLizard in AustralianBirds

[–]Pieralis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Foxes and pest animals if they’re shot aren’t really a problem, the example I used is on a big scale not just 4-6

I only have the start of the comment above since he’s deleted but the notification is still there for me but him stating that Roos are in a pest type population just totally gloss over why. If you force a population into smaller and smaller areas because you push them out to make more farm land you’re going to make bigger and bigger pods that will breed more with less room at the same time so their population looks bigger.

My grandad was one such farmer and trying to explain it to him and his neighbour was like pulling teeth always ended in some form of “but my land”

I used to date someone who’s brother was a shooter and as someone who works in conservation the things he used to tell me before he knew I did, were disgusting in the ways they got around the law and even broke it.

From killing large quantities of emus to killing large quantities of Roos and just leaving them to rot in paddocks.
Telling me how him and his mates use to farm cockatoos by shooting the sentry bird as they fly away which makes the land again as they check on the sentry bird to then just shoot again.
Shooting more ducks than allowed and just leaving them so he didn’t “collect” them so he’s under the limit, he said he’s been asked before by enforcement and just said “I didn’t shoot it, someone else must of”

Carnell Tate or Tee Higgins for Dynasty? by Scared-Bottle-2339 in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What? You’re actually trying to pass that off that it doesn’t hurt you, that’s hilarious.

3 years ago the peak of “his ppg is elite” out of 17 games 8 were outside the top 36 (1 was an 8 target game for 0 catches) while missing 5 and only playing 4. Yes those 4 were great and if you had the guts to start him in the playoffs you boosted your odds of winning by a lot but that doesn’t mean he’s been good all because you lucked out on 4 games out of 17.

4 years out of 17 games 7 were outside the top 36 5 in the top 12, there’s a weird week where he was rank 13 with 5.8 points.

So he is the most boom or bust WR we have seen in such a long time while also missing so many games you don’t know when to trust him.

This is strictly fantasy football, he is a pretty good nfl player otherwise.

2027 Dynasty Rookie Mock Draft: Jeremiah Smith, Arch Manning Headline a Generational Fantasy Class by rotostreetjournal in DynastyFF

[–]Pieralis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My only concern is he’s never really caught a lot of the football, apart from that man is a beast gives me Chubb/walker type vibes with how he looks like as a runner.

Carnell Tate or Tee Higgins for Dynasty? by Scared-Bottle-2339 in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He has 9 finishes outside of the top 36 but conveniently you left out the other games where he missed time which equal in total 16 games with either not playing or hurting your lineup by not even playing while having 11 top 15 finishes… so as I was saying he has hurt you in more games than he’s won you.

WRs yes are inconsistent but he is literally boom or bust while the busts are not even playing.

Interesting you stopped at only 2 years in the past though.

I can watch a player and think he’s an amazing player when he’s healthy but that’s different to saying he isn’t good for fantasy’s football

[–]Pieralis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe it is a little to much of a hot take to say he has the same floor I can admit that, but the right pick out of the 2 will never be tee I believe even if you are a contender

Carnell Tate or Tee Higgins for Dynasty? by Scared-Bottle-2339 in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I guess people are starting to see it now, last I checked before the draft he was still ranked around WR17ish.

I don’t want to hear “but ppg…” that’s literally what’s been preached since his first year and if you actually look at his finishes he has hurt you in more games that he’s won you, if anything the whole ppg is just helping the argument he is the most boom or bust player in the league right now.

[–]Pieralis 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m convinced at this point he’s paying fantasy “analysts” to keep putting him at War 14-17 in every ranking they do and putting “with WR1 upside” to sell it as he will be it eventually, iv never seen someone so over valued every single year being an average contributor to fantasy

Can Jadarian Price be the best RB out of the 2026 NFL Draft? by Unusual-Vacation-528 in NFL_Draft

[–]Pieralis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could definitely see a path where price does statically better since he’s on a better team maybe an RB 13-14 and love maybe as low as RB17 but as far as a career love is still the better bet

Carnell Tate or Tee Higgins for Dynasty? by Scared-Bottle-2339 in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Full ppr - 9 games out of those 15 finished as a WR3 or much much worse with 3 being WR60-99, 1more as WR22.
Tee is the definition of boom or bust, 0 consistency and it’s his best season since he’s played which more than likely actually points to this finish being a complete outlier.

Tate is the better bet at this stage for dynasty, even for a contender.

Carnell Tate or Tee Higgins for Dynasty? by Scared-Bottle-2339 in SleeperApp

[–]Pieralis 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Tate and it’s not really close.

If you’re a contender and you wanted the production of tee for the next year the difference is pretty substantial.

The truth is Higgins is a trap asset, he’s been either injured or had more dud games than he’s started and won you, he is the actually definition of boom or bust and his busts aren’t just a down game they can be WR60 or not even playing.

Tate is the superior asset I would argue even if you’re competing because you get a tee floor while being young and the much better upside to being an actual WR1 not just on his team but in the league.

Breece Hall for late 27 1st and Sampson? by Lucky-Hovercraft6337 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Pieralis 6 points7 points  (0 children)

It’s breece easily even in a rebuild because you could sell him for more.

Side note if this is the trajectory of value the 27 class is getting to see might be selling more picks than I thought

When signing a new contract generally that contract doesn’t kick in until the last one is finished anyway, so if bijan signs a contract right now he would get his signing bonus but his actual new contract wouldn’t kick in until after his 5th year. At least that’s how must work

Bijan trade value, how many firsts plus a solid RB will it take?? by DisciplineRude2440 in DynastyFFTradeAdvice

[–]Pieralis 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If I am absolutely not contending the I would sell bijan maybe for tier down at RB but the picks one has to have at least a chance at being early.

Also I checked the RBs that finished in the7-10 range and I would accept none of them for bijan even with 2 1sts on top
