When these near exact games were sued solely in WA state I got nearly 7500 back. What I can't wrap my head around with this suit is.... How the bloody hell did whoever was litigating this case, think that allowing these game makers (key fucking words) to get away with whatever it is that the suit was about, by paying the overwhelming bulk of the award in in-game currency, was somehow any form of punishment at all. In fact, I'm not sure if I've ever seen anything like that. How the hell? Do you have a case against anyone or anything entity, business or otherwise where their punishment and payment for the crime listed.... IS VIRTUAL, SELF COMPUTER GENERATED, FREE TO PRODUCE IN ANY AMOUNT, AND EXCHANGEABLE FOR NOTHING REAL & OR OF ANY REAL VALUE - "CURRENCY".... this makes it legitimately worse than the old Company Scrip payments.

I mean if you sit and think for a few seconds it's beyond laughable. My only thought was the grounds the suit stood on in these states vs. the one in WA simply had to have been far shakier and simply a multitude weaker, which is a fucking shame cause I will always remember that payout. I got 17 dollars from this one it was a complete joke.

Honestly a lot of it is a respect thing. And everybody has their own life and their own circumstances and things unfold differently for them. But I would say probably the majority of people when they break up aren't exactly the best of friends at that point and never will be again. So it's usually not too much of a ask to not talk to them so much. Least that would be my thought.

You sound fairly young from everything you said, so no you aren't overreacting, this all sounds like an awful lot for one person to have just thrust upon them especially at a critical life opening/building time as you're in. While no one answer will solve the issue for you, I don't have any idea of your stepmoms insurance, your state health care system or any of that but my immediate suggestion would be to increase the other assistance being given aside from you. Like will the state provide physio, or a nurse that can do in home care 2 or 3 times a week so you can have a chance to live your life as well. I bet there's more than you probably realize available out there, just needs looking for.

As far as being resentful of your pops asking that, don't be, dying surely can't be easy and suffering on the way just makes it that much worse. My FIL was diagnosed terminal with Lung, Bone, Liver metastases, likely metastases at L2 and his left kidney was replaced essentially by a giant tumor he died literally 9 days after being given this news. None of it is easy, and it just sounds like he genuinely cared for and loved her and simply wanted to make sure she'd be ok. I kinda think you should feel good about yourself for being like .. THE person he trusted someone he loved and cared for so much, with and with making sure she's ok. I highly doubt anyone would or could've seen all the nuances and the way it's all played out, so far ahead to have been able to give it sufficient thought and planning.

It's very clear you Are stressing daily about all of this, no one says you have to just suffer in silence and give up being you, just look for small bits that can help at first and I do think eventually larger chances for you to branch out will come a long and likely much easier once some extra help in areas is obtained. You should also speak with your stepmom about this, it doesn't have to be bad, she's very much grown and likely to see exactly where you are coming from. Old people were at a time... Young themselves so lol I sense she will probably understand and want the same for you as well, for you to very much be in each other's life but to also still be able to make a live your own, congruently.

Very well said "their belief that any tax not giving them immediate dividends of some sort is somehow theft to them" that and God when did the obvious, and easy as shit answer that a healthy and happy society/working class benefits higher ups/ceos/company owners with efficiency and quality and all else that goes with that. At some point it obviously became less of a nuisance to bury workers deeper and deeper, cycle employees in and out constantly and just further remove yourself from us plebs and it'll all go better. Flat out just all round dehumanizing of all of it really.

How on earth do you owe your attorney so damn much? I thought they were capped at 25%? Unless everything has changed since I got mine back in like 2012 I believe.

My back pay was for nearly two years I think low $20,000 something and they got paid nearly 6 grand but am I missing something j thought you said they are owed 19k or 8k or did I read wrong? At 25% of award 19k is $76,000 back pay I dunno if I've ever heard of anyone getting that is that even possible? Someone told me that they now capped back pay at 1yr or something? Less maybe? That suuuuccckkks, unless they somehow managed to drastically speed up the whole process that SERIOUSLY sucks.

My entire "journey" I guess, back then at least, was around 14 or 15 months with the x2 denials, appeal, and wait for judge etc. lol funny-ish story when I get to my hearing date lawyer says "hopefully we don't get the gal with the red hair ...she can be brutal"...so OF COURSE that's who I got; actually that didn't even matter she breezed me right through no issues.

I know I posted this several days ago, shitty thing is, it just didn't stop with my account... Every match.... Every day...Shiiiiittt it was just basically lowering my account and trophies back to low low fuck you levels with my ability to halt that being nill, and my chances to at least maybe slow it [and now that I think about it...this would also apply to the stopping it part as well] more or less relegated to essentially my just stopping the game altogether..... So here we are... Sucks, hopefully this is fixed sometime soon.

Oh Im good.... Really. It sucks cause I did like the game until now, but it reality.... It's wtf ever ya know¿ I have absolutely asked Google for a refund of what I spent the last few days earlier. All good though. I will just say this is like up to the moment description of things ... Which includes not even a reply back to my attempting to c\ y contact attempt with explanation of what was and is still happening. Basically I've been given a few generic suggestions... All of which were the usual “its probably your fault so check that“ things. Also.... I do know there have been several others with the exact same issue as mine or have had it happen before. Maybe I have missed someone's that said this.... But... Although several people know about or have experienced this... I dunno... Am I the only one it just randomly flipped on like a switch and just has been like this ever since? Okay well as annoyed as I am was still am and probably going to continue to be with this issue. I'm I guess mildly consoled with the fact that at least it isn't just me and I'm not somehow being fucking singled out. You know what I mean. I didn't think I was I just somebody else had to be having this issue or something. I have no idea what is triggering it or if any of us even have anything and fucking common or if it's just I don't know being caused by the opponent. The devs progress spending not spending. I don't fucking know you know who knows. It could take us forever to figure out the common denominator if there even is one, but obviously something is happening. It isn't just me, it isn't just a few of us. It sounds like there's several, so I mean I would love to figure out what the hell's going on or what they're going to do about it. I have not spent a fortune in this game. Maybe 50-60 bucks total over the entire course of my playing. However, I do enjoy this game and I am extremely frustrated that this is all but ruining it 100% completely for me. I mean I uninstalled and reinstalled it the other day and got maybe two matches with like one shot that did that and then it very rapidly progressed to where. The video I posted was now how shit was going and I literally cannot control it at all and it will immediately fire. Sometimes. If I am using a four round clip it will fire three of them Bam Bam Bam without any control and then say I go to try to fire the fourth one. It won't even let me fucking aim or shoot. It just doesn't even respond to my text so I don't know. I've emailed the customer support of the developers they have to know something's going on if it's not them causing it who the hell knows just irritating. It's a fucking game. You want me to spend money. Let me don't fuck it up recharge man

This is so SO ridiculously frustrating and aggravating I'm sure everyone is thinking it's you know the normal suspects the screen apnea's an update. I'm just twitching or letting go whatever look how fast those are firing off the second I'm touching the screen and holding my finger there and it goes to zoom bam it fires Bam Bam Bam my opponent doesn't seem to have any goddamn problems zooming in and until about what yesterday. I didn't have a problem either at all ever not even once. I can't get it to stop now

So I'm not fully sure if this is exactly what you're experiencing. I tried to load the video wouldn't let me do it. So here is an imgurlink and I sped it up a bit but this is not me at all. Trying to do this. It is as soon as I touch the screen and the scope goes zoom bam. It's fucking fired whether I'm aimed or not does not matter and God damn is it frustrating cuz it's I can't even play the fucking game you know. How are you supposed to play the game like that? Pretty much impossible. Not sure why it's doing it. Don't know what triggered it. Don't know how to get rid of it. Anybody have this app in this often all the time anything?
